As the Senior Director of Customer Experience, Hank is dedicated to ensuring customers and partners receive the value they expect when working with Tag1.

Hank has been active in the open-source web since the late ‘90s and began working with Drupal right after the release of Drupal 5 in early 2007. Prior to joining Tag1 in 2023, Hank held strategic leadership positions at ImageX, FFW and Pantheon and has served as an advisor to customers ranging from small nonprofits to the Fortune 50.
